Sanitation Lead 3rd Shift

PROJECTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Time Management & Attention to Detail
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sanitation schedules.
• Sanitize coolers, freezers, kitchens, sinks, restrooms, breakrooms, and machinery throughout the plant.
• Foam, scrape, and scrub various production equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, etc.
• Wash and sanitize equipment, pans, racks, molds, utensils, etc.
• Keep plant organized and stocked including machines, tools, other equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of sanitation related equipment and supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash/ recycling
• Properly operate floor scrubbing equipment
• Oral and Written Communication
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sanitation logs and checklists
• Follow and understand plant color codes
• Understand and promote Pretzilla’s Quality Management Systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMPs to ensure safety and quality of employees and products.
• Support, demonstrate and promote Pretzilla’s core values: Stability, Going the Extra Mile, Curiosity, Humility
• Complete training related to food and personal safety as required.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a plant production environment and/or in drug, food, or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Must have basic oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of chemical dilution and ratios.
• Ability to lift and up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Must be able to work at high elevations with assistance from ladders, single-person lifts, and/or scissors lift
• Operate powered and non-powered industrial hand trucks
• Available for shift rotation or flexible shift rotation schedule as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.98 - $21.63 per hour
