Position will be remote but we request the HR manager be located in the North Dallas / greater Dallas area, of greater Tyler, Texas area.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, ensuring a positive work culture, and managing policies that promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness within the healthcare and DME industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the DME industry.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare equipment sector.
- Manage employee relations, handling conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent development specific to the DME industry.
- Foster a positive workplace environement by promoting a merit based career advancement culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare industry standards, and HR best practices.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics to track employee performance, retention, and engagement.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on HR-related issues and organizational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of required experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role; five (5) years preferred, particularly in the healthcare industry. But we encourage qualified candidates from other industries to apply.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and healthcare industry compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
