About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you'll work closely with our medical director to create personalized care plans that fit our integrative approach. We’re looking for someone whose skills enhance our current offerings and who is excited to learn and grow with us. This position includes hands-on mentorship and training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy to expand your expertise and build confidence in patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on hormone health, menopause management, weight loss, gut health, and integrative treatments
- Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and order and interpret lab tests and imaging
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based functional and hormone therapies alongside conventional treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in marketing and networking efforts to grow your patient base and clinic presence
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
- Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Washington, or eligibility for licensure
- Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
- Interest in or willingness to specialize in hormone replacement therapy, menopause care, and gut health
- Experience with functional medicine, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modification is a plus
- Proficient in technology with the ability to learn new programs
