About the Position :
This role requires in-person work based in Kansas City, Missouri, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions / sessions, which include : Recording on Prevail platformDeposition Read on / Swearing in WitnessMarking and maintaining ExhibitsMonitoring and managing the sessionAssisting any sessions with technical / administrative needsRequired Qualifications :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalentCurrent
Notary License
for state MissouriStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience with video conferencing / database platformsExcellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces / Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Qualified candidates
must
have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Missouri as well as basic national knowledge.A

The pay range for this hourly position is $20-$25 / hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
