What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3M Shore Maintenance Management Specialist position at Prevailance, Inc.?

Prevailance is seeking a mission-focused professional to provide training and support services for the 3M Shore Maintenance Management program with Commander, Naval Surface Force, Atlantic (CNSL). This role supports the 3M Coordinator, 365 Program Manager, and all CNSL 3M Coordinators in effectively operating and maintaining the 3M system. The specialist will process, review, and manage bulk uploads, ship maintenance data, and planned maintenance feedback, while providing guidance and technical expertise in Afloat and Ashore Maintenance Data Systems (MDS). Travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide training and support to CNSL 3M Coordinators, the 3M Coordinator, and 365 Program Manager
- Review and process bulk upload files, resolving any discrepancies prior to CSMP uploads
- Perform MFOM/AWN reporting, including up-lines, downloads, and Model Base Products System (MBPS) management
- Screen and process Planned Maintenance Feedback Reports (FBRs) and Advanced Change Notices (ACNs)
- Provide technical guidance in support of Maintenance University (MU) and Center for Service Support (CSS) 3M System Coordinator courses
- Submit reports on PMS Scheduling (SKED software) and Current Ship's Maintenance Project status
- Support ship reporting ASI file processing and provide troubleshooting assistance for afloat and ashore MDS
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 3M Shore Maintenance Management, providing on-site, phone, and email support
- Track and maintain validation, screening, and brokering of maintenance data via PMSMIS and MFOM systems
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with U.S. Navy 3M Maintenance and Material Management (MDS) programs

Proficiency in utilizing and troubleshooting Afloat and Ashore MDS, including but not limited to:
- Afloat Maintenance Data System (MDS)
- Naval Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (N-MRO)
- Automated Work Notification (AWN)
- Ship's Naval Tactical Command Support System (R-Admin, R-Supply, OMMS-NG)
- Mission Readiness Assessment System
- Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) Family of Systems
- Advanced Industrial Management for Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC)
- Validation, Screening, and Brokering (VSB)
- Maintenance Resource Management System (MRMS)
- Planned Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS)
- Experience with PMS Scheduling (SKED software) and processing FBRs and ACNs via PMSMIS
- Ability to generate and submit status reports for senior leadership, tracking fleet-wide 3M program compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a 3M Coordinator or Maintenance Manager within the U.S. Navy
- Experience with NAVSEA, shipyards, supply centers, TYCOMS, or other naval maintenance activities
- Familiarity with Training and Instructional Support for 3M System Coordinators
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
