This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support the Navy Analytic Studies Program as an Associate Analyst. Support includes the use of modeling, simulation and analysis tools and techniques to support Navy’s performance of its analytic portfolio.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Instantiate, establish, maintain, and update the data and databases necessary to organize, execute, and analyze the various POM-related studies and wargames
- Conduct analytic support encompassing all aspects of joint campaign, mission, and engagement-level modeling, including manpower and personnel, training and education, infrastructure, long-term planning, policy, medical logistics planning, and both afloat and ashore readiness
- Provide coordination across the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) staff, the Fleet, Systems Commands (SYSCOMs), Combatant Commanders (COCOMs), Marine Corps and other Service Staffs, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) staff
Requirements
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, and / or systems engineering applied to Navy technical programs
- Experience in supporting program execution and tracking with budgeting, cost tracking/analyses, warfare analysis, project scheduling/tracking
- Experience in analyses of logistics programs implementation including training, maintenance, configuration management, and documentation
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Navy Operations Analysis billet
- Familiarity with OPNAV organization, military rank structure, and terminology
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physical sciences, social science, computer sciences, operations research, mathematics, physics, management, economics or accounting
Security Clearance:
- Must possess an active SECRET Security Clearance

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
