Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as a Network / C4I Analyst. The Network/C4I Analyst will provide subject matter expertise in Command and Control Warfare (C2W), Electronic Warfare (EW), Cryptologic Warfare (CRY), and Meteorology/Oceanography (METOC) support systems in support of USFFC. The analyst will assess future capabilities, provide operational and strategic planning expertise, and support requirements development in coordination with OPNAV, PEOs, and other acquisition organizations.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert in C2W, EW, CRY, and METOC support systems
- Analyze and assess future capabilities using PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with OPNAV, PEOs, and other acquisition organizations to support requirements development and acquisition planning
- Conduct strategic planning and mission analysis at both the operational and tactical levels
- Provide expertise in C2W, EW, CRY, and METOC policy, doctrine, and system development
- Lead and manage ad-hoc teams to address evolving operational and technical challenges
- Serve as a public speaker and presenter at the action officer level, effectively briefing leadership on findings and recommendations
- Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, ensuring high productivity while handling multiple priorities and interruptions
- Support the development of operational strategies and technical roadmaps for emerging capabilities
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert in C2W, EW, CRY, and METOC support systems
- Experience conducting mission analysis at operational and tactical levels
- Understanding of PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics for capability assessment
- Experience working with OPNAV, PEO requirements, and acquisition organizations
- Expertise in strategic planning and operations related to C2W, EW, CRY, and METOC
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage team performance
- Strong leadership experience in leading and managing ad-hoc teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and interruptions without impacting deliverables
- Experienced public speaker and presenter at the action officer level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with fleet operational commands, joint commands, or DOD acquisition programs
- Familiarity with U.S. Navy network and C4I systems
- Understanding of Fleet and Joint warfighting concepts and initiatives
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years beyond eight (8) years of experience required
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
