Prevailance is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as a C5I / Cyber Current Readiness Support Analyst, providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) and Cyber Readiness Program Mission and Infrastructure Support Services to the Commander, Naval Surface Group, Southwest (CNSGSW) N6 Department Staff and Divisions at Naval Amphibious Base, San Diego, CA. This role aims to enhance warfighting readiness and elevate the C5I proficiency of the Surface Force, supporting both afloat and ashore claimants and staff. Travel may be required.
The Analyst shall provide Mission Readiness and Network Infrastructure Support Services to include, but not limited to:

Requirements
- Experience in coordinating with maintenance communities and integrated logistic support teams to obtain status updates and assist in resolving CASREPs
- Experience in daily monitoring of C5I / Cybersecurity readiness issues through various communication channels (official message traffic, email, verbal tasking, etc.)
- Ability to consolidate, track, present, and analyze readiness findings in support of CNSGSW N6 directorate
- Ability to perform trend analysis to identify high lead time parts or support deficiencies and report findings to the Current Readiness Officer
- Capability to conduct data calls or taskers to identify current readiness challenges, barriers to mission-ready capabilities, and present findings effectively
- Skilled in attending teleconferences, video teleconferences (VTCs), and internal/external meetings to represent or assist the Current Readiness Officer and staff
- Proficiency in data entry, quality review, consolidation, and reporting of daily casualty report (CASREP) status for naval platforms
- Proficiency in documenting meeting minutes and preparing necessary visual aids for meeting support
Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
