What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Warfare Analyst N8 / N9 position at Prevailance, Inc.?

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as an Integrated Warfare Analyst N8 / N9. The Integrated Warfare Analyst N8 / N9 will support the strategic planning, acquisition, and operational analysis of Navy Integrated Warfare Systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Navy's operational and acquisition processes, with specific experience in acquisition/POM, strategic planning, and doctrine development. This role requires subject matter expertise in assessing future capabilities and coordinating across various military commands and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide expert analysis on Navy Integrated Warfare Systems, with a focus on acquisition and POM (Program Objective Memorandum) processes
- Work closely with Echelon II military commands to ensure strategic objectives are met and capabilities are assessed for future planning and development
- Apply PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics to evaluate current and future warfare capabilities and performance
- Contribute to the development of policies, doctrines, and systems related to Navy operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct mission analysis at both operational and tactical levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement in Navy operations
- Lead or support ad-hoc teams in various project areas, ensuring coordination and effective problem resolution
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal impact on deliverables
- Provide leadership and oversight in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Provide expert advice and recommendations in all aspects of Integrated Warfare and ensure alignment with Navy operational and strategic goals
- Brief senior leadership and present findings, reports, and recommendations at the action officer level
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with echelon two military commands
- At least eight (8) years of experience working with the acquisition and POM process, including program management and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics, with the ability to assess future capabilities and incorporate lessons learned into actionable strategies
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, Navy operations, policy development, and doctrine formulation
- Proven experience managing or leading teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining team performance
- Experience conducting mission analysis at both operational and tactical levels, delivering insights for mission planning and decision-making
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience briefings and presenting to senior leadership at the action officer level
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and handling interruptions with minimal impact on productivity or deliverables
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience is required
- Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years beyond eight (8) years of experience required
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
