Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as a Junior –Level Intelligence Subject Matter Expert for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Travel may be required.

SMWDC’s mission focuses on advancing the Navy's Surface Force through four key areas:

Support Locations:
This role provides support across various SMWDC sites, including:
- SMWDC Headquarters, San Diego, CA
- Mine Warfare (MIW) Division, San Diego, CA
- Sea Combat (SC) Division, San Diego, CA
- Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Division, Dahlgren, VA
- Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide expertise in the surface navy's Intelligence systems, networks, and collection capabilities to support mission success
- Manage the collection, processing, and analysis of intelligence data from the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Coordinate with military, industry, or government teams to ensure effective use of intelligence systems and capabilities
- Contribute to operational intelligence assessments, providing actionable insights to support tactical and strategic decision-making
- Oversee and support the integration of intelligence systems within naval operations, ensuring operational effectiveness and readiness
- Ensure compliance with intelligence data security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement in intelligence gathering and analysis processes
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required at the time of proposal submission
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of military, government, or relevant industry experience with the surface navy’s Intelligence systems, networks, and collection capabilities
- Direct experience in the collection, processing and/or analysis of intelligence data from the IC

- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams

Salary : $80,000 - $135,000
