Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) as a Lead Operator Instructor. Instructors will support the effort to analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, support, and manage training products, as well as deliver training, for the Aviation Command and Control (AC2) component of MAGTF C2. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational Air Command and Control (AC2) units and military schoolhouses. Travel will be required.
The MAGTF C2 AC2 portfolio includes the Common AC2 System (CAC2S), Air Battle Management and Sensor Netting (ABM&SN), the interfaces of these programs, and the evolution of these programs and emerging MAGTF C2 requirements. ABM&SN consists of Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) and the Composite Tracking Network (CTN).

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Serve as the Lead Instructor for Operator training, ensuring students develop expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting MAGTF C2 AC2 systems
- Deliver Operator training, enabling trainees to:
- Emplace, displace, and operate systems, subsystems, and interfacing equipment
- Understand and control system operations and execute required tasks effectively
- Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and identify system issues
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and services
- Emphasize hands-on instruction and assess student performance through practical evaluations
- Review, analyze, and resolve training deficiencies, continuously improving course delivery
- Lead the development, update, and maintenance of training curriculum and documentation
- Provide input on training delivery strategies and project schedules
- Utilize MIL-HDBK-29612/2A (Instructional Systems Development/Systems Approach to Training and Education) and NAVMC 1553.1 (Systems Approach to Training Users Guide) for curriculum development
- Deliver curriculum products in accordance with MCO 1553.2B (Management of Marine Corps Formal Learning Centers and Training Detachments)
Experience:
- Previously certified as a Master Instructor of military training, specializing in Marine Corps tactical data systems
- Previously certified as a MAWTS-1 C3 Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI)
- Experience with the operation of Marine Air Command and Control Systems (MACCS) family of systems and units, including:
- Common Tactical Network (CTN)
- Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S)
- Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS)
- Advanced Field Artillery Data System (AFATDS)
- Experience with the employment of MACCS agencies
- Proven experience leading curriculum development in a formal training environment
- Prior experience in MAGTF C2 AC2 operations and training
- Proficiency in MIL-HDBK-29612/2A, NAVMC 1553.1, and MCO 1553.2B training methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to assess training deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Experience developing and delivering hands-on operator training with measurable performance assessments
- Ability to execute diagnostic tests, interpret results, and perform preventive maintenance checks
- Excellent communication and instructional skills to engage trainees effectively
- Must be able to obtain and maintain classified access eligibility
