Description

Prevailance is seeking an LVC System Support subject matter expert (SME) to coordinate with training audience during unit, staff, and fleet training events to ensure all training requirements are met. Additionally, in this capacity, the subject matter expert will coordinate with other commands within Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) (CSG4, TTGL, II MEF Simulation Center, MSTP, etc.) to ensure interoperability and supportability between the individual and collective systems. Further, the LVC System Support SME will provide synthetic training program expertise and advice to the EWTGL commander, as well as utilize C4I systems including TBMCS, JADOCS, Command and Control Personal Computer C2PC, and GCCS-M in support of exercises and events and daily tasks. Finally, the SME will utilize Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) and MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) in the training environment.
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience as a trainer/evaluator
- Experience conducting Amphibious Ready Group / Marine Expeditionary Unit (ARG / MEU) staff planning and operations
Qualifications:
- Coordinate with the training audience during unit, staff, and fleet training events to ensure the Joint Expeditionary Tactical Trainer (JETT) is set up to meet all training requirements
- Experience Technical lead and subject matter expert for respective tasks requirements (e.g., Academics, Warfare Area(s), Synthetic, Live, or Joint Training)
- Experience developing training scenarios, tactical/operational planning, synthetic/live training exercise/event execution, lessons learned and after-action reporting
- Experience with Navy and USMC amphibious training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures
- Experience in Amphibious Warfare Indoctrination training and orientation
- Experience adapting to a fast-paced, team-based environment and manage team performance
- Experience handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productive/deliverables
- Experience in overall USN/USMC operations and amphibious Command and Control (C2)
- Experience with Tactical Air Control Center upgrades an associated proficiency training
- Experienced with Supporting Arms Control Center and Fire Support Control Center training
Education:
- Prior Senior Enlisted or Officer (E-8 - O-6)
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years Resource Band experience. (Example: Sr. Program Analyst with no degree = 8 years required equivalent 2 years additional = total 10 years’ experience required. No equivalents for positions with specific degree requirements.)
Clearance:
Be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
