Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) and Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) as a Senior EAP Analyst Scheduler. This position focuses on enhancing the training and certification processes for Pacific Fleet ships. This role requires extensive experience in shipboard engineering management, operational training, and certification standards, with a primary aim to improve fleet readiness through effective process management and analysis.
The Senior EAP Analyst Scheduler shall have a comprehensive understanding of surface warfare training, engineering management, and operational readiness, with a focus on improving scheduling, resource management, and certification processes for a mission-ready fleet.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Training Standards Development:
- Refine and develop training standards for CNSP/ATGPAC, ensuring alignment with evolving Navy requirements and certification needs.
- Track and monitor the certification status and training metrics of ships across the Pacific Fleet, with a focus on resource management and conflict resolution.
- Process Improvement & Quality Control:
- Lead teams in identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities, particularly in scheduling, resource allocation, and training documentation.
- Provide quality control and analytical support for training processes to maintain a high level of operational readiness.
- Operational Support:
- Provide executive support at the departmental level, including scheduling, certification process management, and monitoring of training progress.
- Assist with program management for Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training requirements, mission area certification, and supporting IT systems.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Utilize Navy training and certification systems to maintain data accuracy and support decision-making.
- Provide systems administration, data analysis, and reporting to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with training standards.
- Executive Briefings:
- Draft and present Flag Level briefs, summarizing key training status updates, certification progress, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Experience:
- Extensive Surface Navy Background: 20 years of surface Navy experience with senior-level shipboard operational roles, such as Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, or Senior Department Head.
- Training and Certification Processes: 5 years managing Navy training scheduling and resource management using a database system.
- Engineering Leadership: Qualified as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) on at least two ships and at least 2 years as Engineer Officer on a U.S. Navy ship.
- Process Improvement & Team Leadership: Skilled in leading teams to identify and implement process improvements in training and certification.
- Staff-Level Management: At least 2 years on a staff supporting maintenance or training initiatives (e.g., ISIC, TYCOM, or ATG).
- Navy Engineering Programs: Knowledgeable about EDORM and Navy Engineering management protocols.
Knowledge Areas:
- Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM): Familiarity with the SFTRM and its application to mission area certification.
- Mission Area Certification: Expertise in the certification processes for mission areas such as MOB-E (Mobility - Engineering), MOB-D (Damage Control), 3M (Maintenance and Material Management), and FSO-M (Force Sustainment Operations - Maintenance).
- Maintenance Processes: Knowledgeable about Navy ship depot-level maintenance processes and requirements.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient with Microsoft Office for data management, reporting, and executive presentations.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (No specific discipline)
Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
