Surface / IAMD / Subsurface Analyst

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as a Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Analyst. The Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Analyst will provide expert analysis and support for Navy Surface, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), and Subsurface Warfare Areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong military background and experience working with echelon two military commands. This position requires a deep understanding of operational planning, policy, doctrine, and systems related to Surface/IAMD/Subsurface operations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Warfare Areas to support strategic and operational planning
• Assist in the assessment and development of future Surface/IAMD/Subsurface capabilities based on PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics
• Conduct mission analysis at the operational or tactical level to support operational planning and decision-making
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc teams focused on strategic initiatives and operational requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to leadership on issues related to Surface/IAMD/Subsurface operations, policy, doctrine, and systems
• Work with echelon two military commands to assess, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of Surface/IAMD/Subsurface operations and systems
• Prepare and present briefings and reports on Surface/IAMD/Subsurface issues to senior leadership and action officers
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, team-based environment while managing competing priorities
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for Surface/IAMD/Subsurface capabilities and operational readiness

Qualifications:

• Previous military experience with a focus on Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Warfare Areas
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a technical lead and subject matter expert in Surface/IAMD/Subsurface Warfare, with a solid understanding of the relevant systems, operations, policies, and doctrine
• Familiarity with PESTONI and DOTMLPF-P metrics to assess and develop future capabilities in these warfare areas
• Experience working with echelon two military commands and providing expert analysis on operational readiness and strategic planning
• Proven experience conducting mission analysis at the operational or tactical level
• Strong leadership experience in managing or leading teams in high-pressure environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle interruptions with minimal impact on productivity or deliverables
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations at the action officer level, including public speaking and briefings
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years beyond eight (8) years of experience required

Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
