Engineer Analyst - Weapons

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Prevailance is seeking a highly skilled Engineer Analyst Weapons to support U.S. Navy operations. This role involves expertise in shipboard weapons department systems, readiness evaluations, and associated administrative and maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of documented hands-on Navy shipboard weapons experience
• Three (3) at sea tours working in a Weapons capacity
• Experience operating and maintaining Weapons related equipment and support systems

Strongly Desired Qualifications:

• Retired Senior Enlisted (E7/E8)
• Former US Navy Gunners Mate (GM)
• Recent experience (within the last 5 years) operating / maintaining shipboard Weapons equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience as one of the following:

- An Inspector for the U.S. Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV);

- Inspector at the Afloat Training Group; or

- TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
