This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) and Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) as a Technical Editor and Curriculum Designer. This position requires extensive experience in training curriculum development and management, specifically within a Navy training command or an equivalent environment.
The Technical Editor and Curriculum Designer shall be an individual with a robust background in Navy training management and curriculum development, as well as a commitment to enhancing the training effectiveness and readiness of the Pacific Fleet. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and contribute to a well-prepared naval force.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Training Curriculum Development :
Develop and design group-paced instructional materials in compliance with Navy curriculum development standards and guidelines.
Manage Navy curriculum to ensure it supports unit training effectively, aligning with evolving training standards and requirements.
Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and compliance with established training standards.
Support departmental executive functions, including scheduling, conflict management, and quality assurance for training programs.
Analyze data related to training metrics and performance to enhance training effectiveness and operational readiness.
