The Role
As a Field Service Technician (full-time/permanent position), you're the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless field service support in your assigned territory. With extensive technical training, you'll drive our company's success by delivering exceptional results.
- Provide outstanding customer service, enhancing satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Travel to customer sites, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance services, as well as training end-users on our equipment.
- Verify that machines operate at peak efficiency by conducting thorough installations, setups, and testing.
- Manage a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning necessary parts to perform daily duties.
Requirements
- Prior experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of schematics and proficiency in utilizing multimeters.
- Military background or transitioning veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician is an asset.
