What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drug Testing Technician - MALE position at Prevention and Training Services LLC?
Prevention and Training Services LLC is looking for a male drug testing technician. Someone compassionate in the field of recovery would be ideal. As our testing technician, you will perform urine and oral collection for males requesting monitored drug/alcohol testing. This is a full time position. At our 252 S. Waverly Lansing location.
Job duties include:
- Sign new clients up in the system.
- Documenting appearance and collection of payment type.
- Monitor sample collection for men, male testers observing male clients. The collection device is to be kept in full view of the observer at all times. To remain in ordinance with laws and regulations regarding testing procedures, this matching system is a requirement.
- Record test results in the computer system, and disburse reports as needed to respective parties.
- Must be able to uphold integrity and confidentiality standards set for the industry.
- Answering phone, and other office duties.
- Stocking inventory.
- Communicating with referring agents, local law enforcement, and judicial professionals as needed
- Office days are 7am-4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. rotating weekend/holidays from 7am-8:30 am.
Requirements for this position include
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- We will run a pre-employment criminal background check.
- A willingness to sign confidentiality agreements and adhere to strict confidentiality rules
- Not be currently on pre-trial, probation or parole.
