**Job Overview**
Prevention Links Inc is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinician to lead our recovery high school program. This individual will be responsible for managing direct reports, supporting fundraising and marketing efforts, and facilitating student transitions into and out of recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine student eligibility and facilitate admission interviews
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and provide recommendations to the interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement post-secondary recovery plans for students
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support
- Supervise and train program staff, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and coordinate service delivery among different program activities
Requirements:
- New Jersey licensed clinical social worker or equivalent
- Masters degree in a recognized mental health discipline or human service field
- 3 years experience working with adolescents and substance abuse recovery
