Medical Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements office policies and procedures.
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative staff
- Hires and onboards new administrative staff.
- Ensures that customer service standards are met.
- Collaborates with doctor to set goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Makes sure regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed.
- Uses software for electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling.
- Assist with overflow of patients, i.e assist medical assistant with vital signs, preparing exam rooms, assisting with lab draws, preparing/administering immunizations,etc. if needed
Medical Office Manager Qualifications and Skills:
