POSITION : Field Service Professional (Technician)LOCATION : Gulf Coast (Fairhope / Mobile, AL)Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Field Service Professional (Technician) for our Fairhope, Alabama service center, servicing the Baldwin and Mobile counties. This position requires someone with a customer-centric focus and the ability to manage and grow a highly efficient service route. With a production based compensation plan, our Service Professionals have the ability to earn unlimited monthly commissions based on service stops and cross-selling existing customers within the route.Our Field Service Professionals are the face of our company and are integral in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030. • Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Must be able to perform detailed property inspections for both residential and commercial customers, including crawl space, interior, exterior, and attic spaces
• Provide recommended treatment and prevention methods utilizing integrated pest management and best practices
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues
• Effectively manage scheduled, unscheduled, and rescheduled service appointments
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of recurring pest services, including termite, pest, and mosquito
• Maintain company vehicle for a professional appearance
• Some work outside of standard business hours may be required
• Manage KPI's set for the route including reservice rate, google reviews, route profitability, cross sales, and service stop countWhat skills and experience are required?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in problem-solving
• Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
• Ability to use required technology and industry equipment
• Possess a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass MVR, and maintain a clean driving record
