Whether you bring 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you can manage a high volume of business, PRG is your ideal destination. Our agents typically initiate 1-2 transactions monthly within their first 90 days, thanks to our company-provided leads, marketing support and high level coaching.
Since 2020, PRG has closed over 800 transactions, amassing a volume exceeding $800 million. Close to half of this success stemmed from our online lead sources and inbound marketing engine, including Zillow Flex, Zillow Seller Appointments, our full time outbound appointment setters, and our database of over 25,000 contacts. We consistently generate over 100 opportunities and appointments for our agents.
Key Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Conduct market analysis to determine property value.
Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures.
