Core Responsibilities:
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Create financial reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics
- Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights
- Improve financial processes and develop enhanced reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (CPA/MBA a plus)
- 3 years in financial planning and analysis
- Insurance experience preferred (E&S or P&C lines)
- GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel/modeling skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ethical with commitment to confidentiality
- Adaptable team player who can also work independently
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
