- Subject Matter Expertise in Finance, preferred.
- Strong Visio Software Experience desired.
- 2 years continuous Improvement of Financial processes.

- MS Suite and Visio experience
- Industry Experience:
Top Three Technical Skills:
1. Meet with Subject Matter Experts and document the process in which they conduct business using Visio software via verbal descriptions in the meetings.
2. Has LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certification to understand the Continuous Improvement goals
3. Ability to listen and convert verbal conversation into Process Maps
