Position Summary
PRI Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance and Human Resources departments. Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
• Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth targets (e.g., 33% annual increase) and maintain/improve profit margins.
• Implement financial controls and risk management practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead efforts to secure funding, manage capital structures, and support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports
• Drive financial and HR system upgrades to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain liquidity ratios above 1.5x to ensure strong financial health.
• Develop and oversee the HR strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Strategic Contributions:
• Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and drive organizational alignment.
• Lead leadership development programs to upskill finance and HR teams and ensure succession planning.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA designation (preferred).
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years in executive leadership positions.
• Proven track record of managing finance and HR functions within a mid-sized or larger organization.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, improving profit margins, and implementing systems upgrades.
Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
