Position Overview:
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of PRI Global, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within professional services companies, proficiency with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP tools, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting team in managing day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Optimize the use of Microsoft Business Central or related financial systems for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
- Experience in a professional services environment is highly preferred.
- Experience working with an offshore team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
