Job Description :
Dispute Resolution Management (DRM)
- Dispute Resolution Management, particularly reviewing and ruling financial responsibility of the disputed transaction and assigning associated fees / fines
- We provide the final decision on financial responsibility when issuers dispute a transaction using the Chargeback Process.
This person will review documentation provided in chargeback, second presentment, pre-arbitration, arbitration and arbitration response filings to determine the liable party for the disputed transaction.
At ruling, they will assign any applicable technical violation fees, as well as issue a Ruling Text / write up explaining to the customers why / how their ruling was reached.
Reading and reviewing documentation, guides, Rules / Standards, communication through final Ruling Text / write up. We are here to assist / answer questions, but they will need some ability to read / comprehend / apply the Rules / Standards and if unsure ask for help.
Speed, accuracy as we will need them focused on rulings only all day / every day. What are their expected hours?-8.5 or 9 hours a day depending if they want a half hour lunch or an hour.
Would say 7-3 : 30 / 4, 8-4 : 30 / 5 would be preferred shifts in case they need assistance with a case.
