About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at PRI Technology, a leading contracting firm in the Heating Venting Air Conditioning space.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in project management within the HVAC/Refrigeration space, as well as a mechanical aptitude. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of project schedules and timelines, analyzing construction plans and documents, and working with project managers to execute change order requests.
You will also be responsible for using ESUB, a SharePoint CRM system, to track projects and communicate with subcontractors and vendors. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of proposals and communicate with clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
