We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in the HVAC and construction industries. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Project Manager and their staff of four.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing project schedules and timelines, analyzing construction plans and documents, and communicating with subcontractors and vendors. You will also assist the Sr PM in preparing proposals and managing project changes.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project schedules and timelines using ESUB.
Collaborate with project managers to analyze construction plans, HVAC documents, scope of work, costs, and contracts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and manage project changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but high school or equivalent work experience will be accepted.
Previous role as an Assistant Project Manager preferably in the HVAC or Construction space would be a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. Strong communications skills and able to articulate with construction, HVAC, and electrical contractors.
A detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction principles.
