I have a top tier asset management client looking for a Head of Digital Distribution to develop and deploy digital tech solutions withing the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to come from Asset Management and / or preferably Wealth Management. The candidate will be responsible for all technology solutions especially for sales and marketing to enhance sales growth for the organization
This role reports into the CTO
This role will be onsite on a hybrid basis
Responsibilities
Define and execute a technological vision aligned with the company's growth goals, focusing on marketing and sales.
Identify, recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent. Build a high-performing Marketing and Sales Tech team to support growth initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of key platforms, particularly Microsoft products, Salesforce, and cloud solutions (Azure / AWS). Oversee the integration of CRM systems, CMS, data analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies.
Utilize data analytics to ensure marketing and sales teams have actionable insights and tools to maximize ROI.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, particularly marketing and sales, to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that drive business results.
Manage relationships with key technology vendors and platform providers to ensure optimal value and performance.
Ensure technology implementations adhere to industry best practices, maintaining data security and compliance standards.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and data projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in marketing and sales technology leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of successful technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including implementation, customization, and integration with other systems.
Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of cloud, web development technologies, and frameworks.
Experience in managing and executing website revamps, with a strong understanding of UI / UX principles.
Demonstrable experience with data analytics and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering both requirement and large, complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Agile and flexible thinker who can drive execution and outcomes.
Certifications in Azure / AWS, Salesforce, or other relevant technologies.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry.
Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO and content management systems.
