About PRI Technology: We are a growing contracting firm in the Heating Venting Air Conditioning space, seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support our Senior Project Manager and team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in project management within the HVAC/Refrigeration space. This role involves supporting the development of project schedules and timelines, analyzing construction plans and documents, and working with project managers to execute change order requests.

The responsibilities of this position include using ESUB, a SharePoint CRM system, to track projects and communicate with subcontractors and vendors. The ideal candidate will be able to use Adobe software to read draft drawings and measurements, as well as MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will need to articulate with construction, HVAC, and electrical contractors. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
The work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional site visits required. We are seeking a committed individual who can dedicate five days a week to this position and reside in Nassau or Suffolk County.
