THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Completing conflict of interest searches on all potential new business, new matters, new personnel, to ensure compliance with applicable ethical standards, using Intapp Open.
Researching parent company affiliations.
Reviewing all information in workflow and checking for the completeness and accurateness of all information received.
Answering inquiries regarding the new business process and providing any updates on requests received.
Required skills:
Proficient in the following software programs Intapp Open, Elite 3E, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Background in conflicts searching strategies.
Bachelor Degree, experience in conflicts searching.
Candidates must be eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
