Product Analyst with some Business Analysis Skills
My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new twelve month plus Product Analyst opportunity available for a major firm located in Saint Charles, Missouri that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The work schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate must possess Business Analysis skills.
This position pays $60.00 - $64.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis. No Visa entanglements and no submittals from H1-B holding companies.
Overview:
The firms Order Management System (OMS) is in the center of the business. All orders and many departments operate within this system. Efficiencies within the business generally come from the OMS and this role will be a big part of gathering those future roadmap requirements The ideal candidate must have the ability to take a request and run with it without constant hand holding.
2 existing team members have a large repository of training material as well as manage 1 on 1 sessions to onboard resources.
Learn ways of working in the current OMS landscape as well as build relationships.
Business Acumen in a new business to be able to translate what the business needs into relevant requirements Deliver Transformational Supply Projects, deliver value add Continuous improvement items.
Need someone that can meet with the Business Teams to collect solid requirements and deliver requirements to Product and Technical Teams.
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.
Required Experience:
● Ability to collect Business Requirements from stakeholders
● Ability to translate Business Requirements to Product/Technical Requirements
● 3 years of Product Analysis experience
● Experience working CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) company
● Knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics
● Experience working in the pet food and/or health industry
● Experience creating flowcharts, entity relationship and business diagrams using Microsoft Visio
● Clear understanding of Agile Methodology
● Experience working within a SaaS platform
● Knowledge of Source Control Systems
● Knowledge of Change Management Practices
Required Skills:
● Needs to be able to take a task and complete it without hand holding
● Must not be afraid to ask questions
● Strong communication skills both written and verbal
● Process oriented and results driven
● Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms
● Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools (Administrative or Object specific experience a plus)
● Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery
● Ability to use design thinking and end-to-end solution-based approaches when solving business problems
● Possess a broad understanding of business and technology strategies and business processes that impact and enhance profitability
● Clear understanding of Agile Methodology
● Experience working within a SaaS platform
● Knowledge of Source Control Systems
● Knowledge of Change Management Practices

ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
