My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new twelve month plus remote Analytics Tool Product Owner role for a major firm located in Franklin, Tennessee that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below
The work schedule will be remote, and the ideal candidate must be capable of working on (CST) Central Standard Time. He / She must possess experience within either the (CPG) Consumer Packaged Goods or the Pet Food Industry or Research and Development industries. The ideal candidate must possess experience with Power BI as the analytics tool.
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No visa entanglements.
This position pays $65.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis.
The Analytical Tools Product Owner will support and grow a portfolio of Analytics and BI tools that support the firms business. They will define a roadmap to deliver on the aspirations of seamless access to data that drives meaningful insights and enables an ever-improving speed of decision making. This role will partner with various divisions and external partners to deliver powerful tools that will transform the firms business. The Analytical Tools Product Owner will sit within the firms Digital Transformation team.
What are they looking for?
Minimum bachelors degree in science, engineering or related discipline.
Experience working cross functionally across a global business.
Experience of leading technology product development projects across multiple business dimensions.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Background in Product Ownership
Preferred Experience :
Background in R&D (Research and Development), CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or Petfood
Data Analytics Product Management / Ownership
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work with existing product owners to understand data sourcing opportunities and leverage existing tools for the region.
Drive the delivery of tools that support insights related to (but not limited to) Ingredients and Raw materials, Micro Risk, finished products, product testing, quality operations.
Work with the Digital Transformation Leader to define and enact analytics tools vision through defined roadmaps
Develop roadmaps for each Analytical Tool that deliver value and support priorities defined by stakeholders.
Guide offshore development teams by creating and prioritizing use cases
Stakeholder Management
Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to define use cases and build a program roadmap
Set expectations on priority of work and delivery timeframe
