PRI Technology is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join our team. As a Senior HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for developing detailed cost estimates for construction projects with a focus on mechanical and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and project scope details.
- Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project conditions and potential challenges.
- Utilize estimating software and industry tools to develop cost projections for materials, labor, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC Systems, Mechanical Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in HVAC estimating, with a focus on mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, eSUB, ProEst, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical components.
