OVERVIEW
PRI is seeking a creative, self-driven, and highly-motivated Sr. Marketing Coordinator who will help in the growth of our company through development, planning, and management of marketing content, strategy, and sales enablement.
The position will be directly responsible for email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, video marketing, event planning, and will assist with development of plans and strategies to build our corporate marketing operations across the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO OVERVIEW
You will develop, implement, and coordinate all company marketing activities. You will create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and coordinate company participation in conferences and sponsorship opportunities with industry organizations.
You will determine the ROI of marketing activities, analyze customer and market data, and maintain documentation of your activities. You will work closely with a sales team and other employees to enable consistent brand messaging and support them with high-quality content.
● Learn and monitor industry news, trends, and information about our target market
● Develop creative methods for attracting new customers
● Plan and develop materials, messaging, and strategy for trade show events
● Track, analyze, and report the success of campaigns and events
● Create and publish articles, social media, video, and website content
● Participate in sales meetings and provide input into developing growth strategies
● Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Compensation Package
- Starting salary $75,000/year
- Two weeks of paid vacation after 12 months of employment
- Two weeks of sick leave
- Annual and anniversary pay increases up to 10%
