We are specifically looking for candidates who are available to work out of Rock Hill, South Carolina, or alternatively, Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a growing and passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Resolve cases efficiently from intake through trial or plea negotiations.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and administrative hearings as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Supervise and support the development of assigned staff.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of cases assigned.
Requirements
- JD in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
- At least 3 years of criminal defense litigation experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of South Carolina legal procedures and criminal cases.
- PCR and appellate experience (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Previous clerkship experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A demonstrated history of professional excellence and a passion for client service.
