Key Responsibilities : Social Media Management - Create and manage engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), driving brand awareness and engagement.Video Content Creation - Film, edit, and produce videos showcasing our sales team, service department, and customer experiences.Multipoint Inspection Videos - Work closely with our technicians to produce and send personalized vehicle inspection videos to customers, enhancing transparency and trust.Brand Storytelling - Develop creative and engaging video campaigns that highlight Downtown Ford's culture, offers, and community involvement.Collaboration - Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.Analytics & Growth - Track performance metrics and optimize content to maximize engagement and customer interaction.
