Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring seamless communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including warranty claim files, repair orders, and parts inventory.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to warranty claims, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the Fixed Operations Manager and Controller to develop and implement effective warranty claim processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of warranty-related matters.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding warranty programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in warranty claims processing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in warranty claims processing, including knowledge of submission procedures, booking tech hours, and posting warranty credit notes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
