What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales position at Price Industries?
Price Industries is seeking someone for our Technical Sales role i the Western U.S. market This enthusiastic and energetic individual will work out of our Price Technical Center West (PTCW) in Casa Grande, Arizona and provides an opportunity to learn and promote all of the products, systems and technologies that Price Industries offers. This role will work closely with Sales, Engineering and Marketing to increase the understanding, familiarity and knowledge of Price customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Host and tour Price customers (Representatives, Contractors, Engineers, Owners, Architects) through our Price Technical Center West (PTCW) facility
-
Participate in and support Price training programs and classes (virtual and in-person)

Visit local (Arizona based) and surrounding (Western U.S. based) Price sales representatives to support and assist with the promotion of Price products / technologies as required

Assist in the development & execution of key strategic market initiatives
-
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as require.

Technically proficient and capable of completing all Price Industries Technical training classes in order to learn and be comfortable speaking to all the various Price technologies

Comfortable presenting and speaking to groups / crowds

Enjoy working in a team environment

Travel will be required at times

Duties may require walking within customer facilities, standing while giving presentations or conducting meetings and sitting to complete reports and sales calls
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum 3 year Engineering / Technical degree or diploma
-
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential

Strong organizational skills and a demonstratable track record of execution

Comfort with various software platforms: proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Commercial HVAC experience is a plus, but not required

Technically proficient and capable of completing all Price Industries Technical training classes in order to learn and be comfortable speaking to all the various Price technologies

Comfortable presenting and speaking to groups / crowds

Enjoy working in a team environment

Occasional travel may be required

Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record

Duties may require walking within customer facilities, standing while giving presentations or conducting meetings and sitting to complete reports and sales calls

Product demonstrations may require moving equipment and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
