Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the Service Department and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Assist customers in checking in for their service appointments and answer any initial questions they may have.
  • Explore opportunities to discuss the benefits of selling or trading in their current vehicle.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the Toyota brand and Price LeBlanc Toyota.
  • Uphold our dealership’s commitment to providing top-notch customer care.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)
  • Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
  • Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language

This job requires “people” skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
