What You'll Do

This position supports the sales & marketing teams with the implementation of company promotional materials and brand management. Customer experience and sales support are an integral part of this position.

Collaborate with our marketing, bid design and sales teams to create compelling proposals and visuals for both print and digital platforms.

Develop branding and marketing materials for a wide variety of commercial projects in conjunction with the sales teams.

Ensure high-quality design production from concept to final output.

Work with our Marketing team to develop a vision and create client, visitor presentations through innovative design.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software.

Assist with the update and management of content on the company website and social media sites.

Monitor proper implementation and maintenance of company brand standards and branded templates / materials.

Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

1-3 years of professional design experience (or related field).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial design work.

Project a positive, professional and confident image.

Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
