We are looking to hire a full time office services assistant / courier. This is an onsite position, and you will need to be at the office to fulfill the daily duties. This position is not remote.
Role Description
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of front office and back office tasks, including but not limited to, providing back-up for front office receptionist, operating office equipment, ordering supplies online, stocking the supply room, managing opening and closing tasks for the office, interacting with staff and clients in a professional manner, retrieving and delivering mail to the post office, sorting and distributing mail, processing overnight packages, copying and scanning documents, and assisting with other administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail, clear, polite communication with staff and clients, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A job description will be provided upon request.
Qualifications
- Current California driver's license, clean driving record
- Poof of auto insurance
- Experience operating basic office equipment
- Monitor back office emails, responding clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and some skill in Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
