Responsibilities:
- Generate new accounts through proactive prospecting and client referrals
- Respond to inbound referrals and walk-in business
- Provide comprehensive risk analysis and recommend customized coverage solutions
- Present proposals and follow-up with prospective clients
- Complete applications and ensure all carrier-required documentation is submitted accurately
- Maintain coverage adequacy by utilizing coverage checklists on all accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Valid Tennessee Life/Health Producer License (Preferred)
- 3 years of sales experience preferred (Insurance background not required – we'll help you get licensed!)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Curiosity and research skills for gathering information to complete applications
