What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Tech position at Price Termite & Pest Control?
Lawn route managers are field technicians; they deliver our services to our customers. Route Managers must be safe drivers and must consistently provide exceptional customer service. As part of providing great customer service, we expect our route managers to help with collecting payments from customers.
Route Managers organize the pest and/or Lawn & Ornamental routes assigned to them. Route Managers set necessary follow up services with existing customers based on the pest or lawn & ornamental conditions at the property and/or properties they service.
We expect our route managers to work closely with our Svc. Managers regarding safety requirements and product needs.
We require our route managers to maintain a high level of customer service. We expect all route managers to be organized. All route managers must maintain clean work vehicles & keep up with the vehicles service needs. Route Managers need to be able to handle any other duties as assigned by GM's and/or Svc. managers. Also, they need to be able to move heavy objects routinely. (such as 50 lb bags) If interested please call or email. Thank you.
