The Opportunity
As part of the Diligence, Integrations, and Divestitures team you are to lead rapid assessments of companies' cybersecurity and data privacy programs. As a Manager you are to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop elevated-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for developing cybersecurity and data privacy long-term strategy, communicating concepts to senior business leaders, and writing concise impacts, findings, and recommendations.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Degree in Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications preferred
- CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CiPP/US/E, CISSP preferred
- Leading rapid assessments of Companies’ cybersecurity and data privacy programs
- Developing cybersecurity and data privacy long term strategy and related cost models
- Communicating cybersecurity, technology, and privacy concepts to senior business leaders and executives
- Writing concise cybersecurity and data privacy impacts, findings, and recommendations from a business lens
- Understanding technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks associated with different M&A constructs
- Leading multiple concurrent projects in a very fast-paced environment
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
