Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Computer Science, Economics, or Management Information Systems (MIS))
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
1-2 years (experience in a related field is a plus)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a foundational knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Legal technology experience, particularly in legal spend management, matter management, and eBilling systems is a plus;
Basic knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes;
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong willingness to learn;
Supporting legal teams in technology adoption, workflow improvements, or process optimization;
Effective written and verbal business communication skills in a professional setting;
Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.

The salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $78,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
