As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

- 10 years of experience
- Building a managed services organization
- Leading cloud scale development for Data Integration
- Oversight and guidance in Data Integration tools
- Interacting with data quality systems and processes
- Understanding multi-cloud/hybrid cloud data integration
- Creating data models for business applications
- Architecting large volume/scale data integration performance
- Leading the development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions
- Master's Degree preferred

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
