As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications. Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics applications-based solutions. As a Manager, you will supervise and develop teams, maintaining exceptional deliverables while managing client accounts and driving engagement workstreams.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in technical solutions architecture

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP certification preferred
• Demonstrating experience in technical solutions architecture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Supporting business development and client presentations
• Coaching and mentoring less-experienced staff
• Demonstrating significant abilities in consulting and implementation

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
