The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you engage in data migration projects, contributing to the seamless transition of data across SAP domains. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements, support data coding tools, and align with data security standards, while building your personal brand and enhancing your technical proficiency.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Understanding SAP IT Architecture and design
- Reading functional and writing technical specifications
- Applying experience as a SAP Data Migration Consultant
- Leveraging experience with data migration to SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
- Developing ETL programs and data quality processes
- Proficiency in SAP load methods: IDOC, BAPI, ABAP
- Supporting in data coding tools: SQL, Alteryx, Python
- Collaborating with clients to generate data mapping documents
- Performing data profiling tasks in SAP Information Steward

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
